These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and Voxy88 ("Voxy88", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Voxy88 online sports betting, live casino, and gaming platform available at https://voxy88.click (the "Platform").

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, region, or territory where accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an active Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active. Voxy88 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagering activity will be voided, and any remaining balance will be returned subject to satisfactory identity verification.

Jurisdictional Eligibility

Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses, constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonuses claimed.

To access the Platform's Services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. All deposits to your Voxy88 Account are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and direct bank transfer via major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT are also accepted and processed at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.

Minimum deposit amounts, applicable processing times, and any transaction limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account dashboard. These limits are subject to change and may vary based on your membership tier, KYC status, and payment method selected.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are your own and are not derived from any illegal activity. Voxy88 does not charge deposit fees on standard MYR transactions; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may levy independent charges for which Voxy88 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed the full KYC verification process. KYC documentation typically comprises a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport) and a current proof of address where required. KYC verification is a one-time requirement per Account.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to fund your Account or to accounts held in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

Processing Timelines

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Target processing time under 5 minutes during standard operating hours. Subject to DuitNow network availability.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Target processing time 5–15 minutes for all major Malaysian banks. May be extended during peak banking hours or public holidays.
• Direct Bank Wire Transfer: Target processing time 15–60 minutes. Extended timelines may apply on weekends or during inter-bank clearing windows.

Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM 100 bonus means the Member must place a cumulative total of RM 1,000 in qualifying wagers before requesting withdrawal of any bonus-derived winnings.

Maximum Stake During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per individual wager is RM 250 (or the equivalent in the applicable game's unit), unless a lower cap is specified in the individual bonus terms. Wagers exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms:

• Slots and instant-win games: 100% contribution
• Live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10%–20% contribution
• Sports betting wagers (minimum odds apply): as specified per promotion
• Certain excluded games: 0% contribution — refer to the specific promotion page

Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period. Unless stated otherwise, the standard expiry window is 30 calendar days from the date of bonus activation. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not utilised within the expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game category, as published within the Platform's rules section. In the event of any conflict between general Platform Terms and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

Voxy88 offers betting markets on, among others, Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC/MMA, and NBA basketball. The availability of markets, odds, and minimum/maximum stake limits may vary by event and are subject to change at Voxy88's discretion, particularly in cases of technical errors, significant event developments, or market suspension.

In the event of a disputed wager outcome, Voxy88's decision — made in good faith following review of available evidence — shall be final and binding. Members wishing to formally dispute a wager outcome must submit their dispute in writing via the support channel within 30 days of the event settlement date.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and, where applicable, legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual in doing so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing Platform restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or mathematical irregularities to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or corrupt conduct in connection with any sporting event or game on the Platform.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or Account credentials without their explicit authorisation.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while deliberately concealing your true geographic location using VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to harass, intimidate, or harm Voxy88 staff, other Members, or any third party connected with the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, odds, data, or intellectual property originating from the Platform without prior written consent.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface designs, software, data compilations, sports odds data, and game content, is the property of Voxy88 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Voxy88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voxy88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Voxy88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal conduct.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a bank or payment service provider.
• Self-exclusion request or request by a third party with evidence of a court order or legal authority.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member following satisfactory KYC verification and subject to any outstanding investigation proceedings. Termination for reasons unrelated to Member conduct (e.g., voluntary closure) will not result in forfeiture of verified real-money balances.

Nothing in this clause prevents Voxy88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or remedy actual or threatened breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Voxy88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via their registered email address and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice prior to the effective date of change where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish, close your Account prior to the effective date.
